Return & Refund

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To request a return, email silvamode534@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
After approval, return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued. Exchanges are offered for valid return requests as per policy terms.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within the same day if they haven’t been dispatched.
Our team will confirm your order prior to shipping — you may cancel at that point.
After dispatch, no cancellations are allowed.
